ASTA AI Ltd is an artificial intelligence strategy, consultancy and implementation company providing services to public sector and private sector organisations across the United Kingdom.

Our supply chain consists principally of individual consultants, technology partners and professional services providers.

3. Our Commitment

ASTA AI Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

4. Our Policies

ASTA AI Ltd maintains the following policies supporting our commitment: Equality and Diversity Policy; supplier engagement standards requiring ethical conduct from all third parties; recruitment practices verifying the right to work and identity of all individuals engaged.

5. Due Diligence

Steps taken include: verifying identity and right to work of all individuals engaged directly; requiring all subcontractors to confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 before engagement; conducting due diligence on new suppliers and partners.

ASTA AI Ltd operates in professional services and technology. We assess the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations as low.

We remain committed to ongoing vigilance and will review supply chain practices as the business grows.
