1. Policy Statement

ASTA AI Ltd is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion across all aspects of its business operations.

We believe that a diverse and inclusive environment is fundamental to our success and to the quality of services we deliver to our clients, including UK public sector organisations.

ASTA AI Ltd will not discriminate against any person on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.

2. Scope

This policy applies to: all directors, employees, contractors and consultants engaged by ASTA AI Ltd; all recruitment and selection processes; all client-facing activities and service delivery; all subcontractors and third parties engaged on behalf of ASTA AI Ltd; and all interactions with suppliers, partners and public sector clients.

3. Our Commitments

3.1 Employment and Recruitment - ASTA AI Ltd is committed to ensuring that recruitment, selection, promotion, training and all other employment decisions are made solely on the basis of merit, skills and organisational requirements.

3.3 Service Delivery - We are committed to providing services in a manner that is fair, accessible and inclusive to all clients and end users, in line with the Public Sector Equality Duty where applicable.

4. Responsibilities

The Director holds overall responsibility for ensuring this policy is implemented, communicated and reviewed.

All individuals working for or with ASTA AI Ltd are responsible for their own conduct and for reporting any concerns about discriminatory behaviour.

5. Reporting and Complaints

Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination or unfair treatment should raise the matter directly with the Director.

All complaints will be taken seriously, investigated promptly and handled in confidence.

6. Compliance with Legislation

This policy has been prepared in compliance with the Equality Act 2010, the Human Rights Act 1998, the Public Sector Equality Duty where applicable and the Government Commercial Function Supplier Code of Conduct.

7. Review

This policy will be reviewed annually or following any significant change in legislation or business operations.
